Viola Huang, Ph.D.
Viola Huang, PhD. is a historian in the History Education Division at the University of Passau (Germany).
She received her Ph.D from Columbia University Teachers College in New York City in 2019. Her dissertation investigates „Black Power Schools“ in 1960s Harlem.
She currently teaches classes on Black social movements, public history, and the history of the Black diaspora in Germany.
